As the only design-build residential kitchen & bath remodeling Design Center in the area, we can show you kitchen and bathroom samples, design vignettes, tile, cabinet, and lighting samples, and a host of specific ideas to fulfill your dream of a beautiful and functional kitchen and bathroom.

With a lifelong career in the home improvement industry, Tim Thomas, his wife and two sons moved to Tennessee in 2001. Tim leads a team of skilled tradespeople, including designers, carpenters, tile installers, drywall installers, electricians, and plumbers who take pride in their work.

Our Work Process

We have developed a proven step-by-step method that takes you from vision to reality – efficiently, effectively, and on budget.

1. Consult

You meet with our designer at our Design Center to discuss your project. We ask that you bring photos and rough drawings with dimensions of the current space and inspirational images for your desired result. You should be prepared to answer questions about the current space and desires for the project. We will provide you with an estimate based on recently completed projects that are similar in scope and size.

2. Visit

If we are good fit to work together, we will schedule a site visit. We collect detailed dimensions and inspect the site to gather the information necessary to complete a design and quote. A retainer agreement and fee are required prior to this visit.

3. Design

After visiting your site, our designer creates a new room for you taking function, inspiration, and budget into consideration. We then reveal the new design using computer-generated photorealistic renderings. You will see and touch materials, provide feedback, and discuss revisions. Sometimes we can make these revisions during the reveal so you can see your space taking shape before your eyes. Drawings and renderings will NOT be released until Step 5.

4. Quote

Once the design and materials have been reviewed, revised, and approved by you, we will create a detailed quote for your project. This is not an estimate. The quote is based on your approved design and materials selected

5. Contract

When all changes have been made and updates to the quote have been agreed on by both parties, we create a fixed-price contract and receive your deposit.

6. Schedule

We determine a start date that works with your schedule and allows us time to receive materials and schedule our skilled tradespeople. We will present you with a preliminary project schedule before construction begins.

7. Construct

You will be in contact with us daily or as needed during the construction process. We update you regularly with new and important information.

8. Complete

When all the services on your contract have been completed, we assemble and complete a final To-Do List. Your project is now complete.
